We only collect your information in order to improve the Services and will never sell or share your information with other legal entities for commercial purposes, except in the cases when it's required as a part of the Services you requested.

The information we collect and how we use it

Phone Number

During the registration we ask you for your mobile phone number. We store your phone number to be able to identify you when you sign in to BreakR and to help your friends find you.

Device Identification

We store information about your device such as device id, operating system, device time zone and default language. We use the information for provision and improvement of the Services.

Analytics

When you send a message using the Services, we collect information associated with it such as the client application state, type of a message, type of voice filter used, language and time zone as well as timestamp and ids of the recipients. We use this information for analytical purposes in aggregated form.

Server Logs

When you use the Services servers may log technical information about your activity. The information may include your BreakR user id and IP address. We collect this information to improve the Services and resolve technical problems.

Communication Privacy

Your voice and text messages are stored on our servers temporarily and are deleted when they have been played by all intended recipients or until you close the relevant channel whichever is earlier.

Data Storage

Services uses third party hosting providers to store your data.

Disclosure

Services may disclose personally identifiable information when it's required to comply with law enforcement requests or subpoenas
